**A reservation is a contract. By giving us your credit card information, clicking the Terms & Conditions box and submitting your request, whether online or by phone, you are agreeing to all our policies. In return, we will hold your room(s) for you, for the night(s) requested.
By submitting your reservation, it is understood that the information filled out in your booking request is correct, and you agree to the terms as laid out in this document.

Rates:
All rates are based on double occupancy. All rates are in CAD.

Check-in & Check-out:
Self check-in begins at 4pm. The keypad codes will be emailed to you the day of your arrival, an hour before check-in time. If you do not feel comfortable checking in on your own, or will not have access to your email to receive the keypad codes the day of check-in, we will do our best to be home to greet you. If we have plans to be out for the evening, we can give you the codes over the phone. An early check-in of 2pm is possible if arranged in advance, and at an extra fee of $25 per hour. Check-out by 11am. A late check-out of 12pm is possible if arranged in advance, and at an extra fee of $20.00. Click here for more information about booking a late check-out. A $50 fee will be applied for unauthorized late check-outs. After 1:00 pm, a full days' rate will be applied.

Payments:
A 50% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining balance is due at check-out.

Smoking: 
La Violette Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking property. Smoking, vaping etc is not permitted inside or outside on the premises.

Communal Areas:
The only indoor communal area for guests is the entrance hallway (which has the coffee and tea station). We do not have a communal lounge or dining area. Instead, breakfast is brought to your room.

Televisions:
As we do not have televisions in the bedrooms, guests often bring their laptop or iPad if they wish to watch a movie in bed during their stay.

Children:
Adults only - We don't accept children under the age of 16. Guests must be 21 or older to book a room

Pets:
We don't accept pets.
