TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rates:

All rates are based on double occupancy. No discounts available for single occupancy.

Min/Max Length of Stay:

A minimum of two nights stay is required for holidays and during high season. A maximum of 7 nights stay is permitted.

Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in is between 4-8pm. Check -in from 8-10pm is possible if pre-arranged before-hand. If guests do not pre-arrange a late check-in or chose to check-in after 10pm, an extra fee of $50 will apply. Check-out by 11am.

Payments:

A 50% deposit is required up on reservation. The remaining balance is due at check-out.

Adults only

No smoking on property

No pets

No shoes worn in bedrooms

CANCELLATION POLICY

2 weeks notice is required for all cancellations. No refunds after that time.
